Description
Springfield 911 .380 ACP Platinum/Graphite Carry Conceal Pistol
Overview
The Springfield 911 .380 ACP Platinum/Graphite carry conceal pistol represents a refined balance of compact ergonomics and defensive capability. Built by Springfield Armory, this single-action 1911-style platform is engineered for deep concealment without compromising on critical handling features. The two-tone finish combines a Platinum slide with a Graphite polymer frame, delivering a corrosion-resistant surface that reduces glare. Chambered in .380 ACP, the 911 is designed for shooters who require a lightweight, easily concealable firearm for everyday carry. The overall length of 5.5 inches and an unloaded weight of 12.6 ounces make it one of the most packable offerings in the Springfield Armory pistol lineup, while the 6+1 round capacity provides adequate defensive ammunition without adding bulk.
Features & Specs
This pistol is engineered with a focus on rapid deployment and reliable function. The single-action trigger system provides a crisp break with a short reset, allowing for accurate follow-up shots. The slide features forward and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation, and the low-profile dovetailed front and rear sights are drift-adjustable for windage. The frame incorporates an integral accessory rail for mounting a compact light or laser, expanding low-light capability.

Who It’s For
The Springfield 911 .380 ACP Platinum/Graphite carry conceal pistol is specifically suited for civilian concealed carriers who prioritize minimal weight and profile for deep concealment. It is ideal for users who prefer a 1911-style single-action trigger but need a smaller frame for pocket or ankle carry. The .380 ACP chambering reduces felt recoil and muzzle flip compared to larger calibers, making it an appropriate choice for shooters with limited hand strength or those transitioning from a subcompact 9mm to a lighter platform. It is also well-suited as a backup pistol for security professionals or as a discreet carry option for formal attire. Law enforcement officers seeking an off-duty or backup pistol will find the dimensions and weight advantageous for uniform or plainclothes carry.
