Overview

Springfield Armory built the XDS line to be one of the slimmest, most carry-friendly 9mm pistols on the market. This particular variant features a 3.3-inch barrel and a single-stack magazine, keeping the grip thin enough to conceal under a light shirt while still providing a full firing grip. The Essentials Package strips away extras you might not need, focusing on the core pistol, two magazines, and the necessary paperwork. For someone looking to get into a quality defensive pistol without paying for a bunch of accessories they will swap out anyway, this springfield xds 3.3 single stack 9mm blue essentials package (manufacturer sample) is a smart play.

Features & Specs

This pistol is built around Springfield Armory’s proven striker-fired action. The 3.3-inch hammer-forged barrel provides consistent accuracy, while the single-stack magazine holds 7+1 rounds of 9mm. The frame uses a high-strength polymer with an integral Picatinny rail for mounting a light or laser. The grip texture is aggressive enough to keep the gun locked in your hand during rapid fire but not so rough that it chews up your concealment holster. Here are the key specs to know:

• Caliber: 9mm Luger
• Barrel Length: 3.3 inches
• Capacity: 7+1 rounds (two magazines included)
• Overall Length: 6.3 inches
• Weight: 21.5 ounces (unloaded)
• Sights: Low-profile front and rear, dovetail mounted
• Finish: Blue (non-reflective, corrosion-resistant)

The single-stack design is the standout feature here. It keeps the grip circumference narrow, making the springfield xds 3.3 single stack 9mm blue essentials package (manufacturer sample) one of the easier 9mm pistols to carry comfortably all day. The trigger has a clean break with a short reset, which helps you get back on target quickly.
