This used Winchester 94 is a .30-30 lever-action carbine made in 1975. It has a 20-inch barrel and a Williams peep sight. The barrel and magazine tube are very good, and the stock is also very good. The alloy receiver shows flaking of the finish and some wear, and the listing rates the overall condition as good.

A 20-inch lever carbine chambered in .30-30 suits a shooter who wants a used traditional rifle for range work or a deer hunt in a California zone. Every round used on game in the state must be nonlead, so buy lead-free ammunition for any hunt. The Williams peep sight gives a clear aperture for aiming, and the lever action keeps the carbine quick to work between shots. The 20-inch barrel makes it a shorter lever gun than a full-length rifle.
