This is a German navy helmet from the Second World War, offered with its leather liner. The chin strap is broken and the string is missing. A single gold-colored eagle decal sits on the shell, and the stamps ET62 and 4052 appear at the back. The helmet is listed as used under SKU MM2221 in the German headgear group of the catalog.

A helmet like this suits a militaria collector who builds a display of German headgear from the period. The broken strap and missing string are part of the stated condition, so a buyer who wants a complete chin strap assembly should plan for that before ordering. The eagle decal and the back stamps are the main identifying marks, and they are the details to check against the listing photos before purchase.
