Overview

The Rossi R92 45 Colt lever-action rifle with Brazilian hardwood stock is a slick-handling short rifle that weighs just over five pounds and measures only 32 inches overall. The Brazilian hardwood stock adds warmth and durability, with a straight grip and a curved buttplate that sits comfortably against your shoulder.

Features & Specs

This lever gun is built to work, not to sit in a safe. The action cycles .45 Colt rounds smoothly, and the exposed hammer lets you control the firearm with old-school confidence. Here is what you get with the Rossi R92 45 Colt lever-action rifle with Brazilian hardwood stock:

• Caliber: .45 Colt with a 10-round tubular magazine capacity
• Barrel length: 16.5 inches with a 1:38-inch twist rate
• Sights: Fixed front blade and an open adjustable rear sight for quick target acquisition
• Safety: Manual thumb safety plus a half-cock hammer notch for secure carry
• Stock: Brazilian hardwood with a satin finish and blued metal components

This rifle accepts standard tang-mounted optics if you want to add a red dot or scout scope, but the factory iron sights are more than adequate for the distances this carbine was designed to cover. The lever throw is short, and the trigger breaks cleanly at around four to five pounds out of the box.

• Overall length: 32 inches with a 14-inch length of pull
• Weight: 5.2 pounds unloaded
• Action: Lever-action with a side ejection port (right-handed)
• Finish: Blued steel with a polished receiver
