About the Rossi R92 .44 Magnum

The Rossi R92 .44 Magnum Lever-Action Carbine with Stainless Barrel represents a modern take on a classic American platform, engineered for shooters who demand reliability in adverse conditions. Chambered in the potent .44 Magnum cartridge, this carbine bridges the gap between close-quarters maneuverability and sufficient downrange energy for medium-game hunting, defensive use, or recreational target shooting. The stainless steel barrel provides corrosion resistance and longevity, making this an ideal choice for humid environments, rain, or salt-air coastal use.

Overview

This lever-action carbine is built on Rossi’s proven R92 action, a scaled-down version of the legendary Winchester 1892 design. The Rossi R92 .44 Magnum lever-action carbine with stainless barrel features a 20-inch stainless barrel paired with a blued steel receiver and a straight-grip walnut stock. The action cycles smoothly with standard .44 Magnum loads and also accepts .44 Special ammunition for reduced recoil training or plinking. The gun’s overall length of 36.5 inches and a weight of 5.8 pounds make it exceptionally nimble in tight brush or vehicle storage. The tubular magazine holds 10 rounds of .44 Magnum, providing ample capacity for follow-up shots in hunting or self-defense scenarios.
